After my death our beloved Church abroad will break three ways ... first the Greeks will leave us as they were never a part of us ... then those who live for this world and its glory will go to Moscow ... what will remain will be those souls faithful to Christ and His Church. ~St. Philaret of NY

Archpriest Gregory's recent visit to Denver, Colorado

LORD, WE ARE NOT WORTHY
THAT THOU SHOULDST ENTER UNDER OUR ROOF

Archpriest Gregory Williams visited Denver, Colorado from October 10th through the 13th.  He celebrated a full vigil service in our home chapel* on Tuesday evening, with liturgy on Wednesday morning, October 12th.  He heard our confessions and we were able to partake of the holy mysteries for the first time since 2007.  We also had a wonderful opportunity to visit with Father Gregory and to learn more about his lifelong work with the Annunciation parish, the St. John of Kronstadt Press, and Haitian Orthodox Mission.  Words cannot describe our gratitude for Father Gregory's grace-filled visit to our city, and his kindness to all of us.
It has been so very long since we had chanted the divine services of the ROCOR in their entirety, and experienced the grace of the blessed ROCOR that we had known in happier times at All Saints of Russia parish.
Every good gift comes from the Lord, and blessed be His name unto the ages!
In Christ,

September 30/October 12, 2011.
