Fr. Gregory sent out this url to his parishioners with this comment:
I haven't watched this entire video yet, but minutes 39-49 (approximately) concern the Monastery of Esphigmenou on Mt. Athos, the lone hold-out against the modernism and ecumenism of the Patriarchate of Constantinople.  For a long time (perhaps yet) a banner flew from the rampart of the monastery:  "Orthodoxy or Death".  They have been repeatedly besieged by both "monastic" and Greek state police.  Attempts to starve them out have failed... so far.  A sobering reminder in these holy days.
