After my death our beloved Church abroad will break three ways ... first the Greeks will leave us as they were never a part of us ... then those who live for this world and its glory will go to Moscow ... what will remain will be those souls faithful to Christ and His Church. ~St. Philaret of NY

Intelligent Orthodox commentary? or Intemperate Orthodox folly?

See the articles in these magazines:

The Harry Potter Phenomenon page 14

The “Uncertain Riches” of Fundamentalism page 2

Look at the Table of Contents in both issues:

Along with "The Harry Potter Phenomenon" there is an article about Sts. Cyprian & Justina...

And along with "The 'Uncertain Riches' of fundamentalism" there is an article about the Holy Fathers on Secular Knowledge...

Etna will never admit they were wrong. They won't admit they were wrong about Cyprianism, either. I received an email from Bishop Auxentios this year (2016) where he states that regarding Cyprianism, nothing has changed.

"...With regard to our ecclesiology and the former Synod in Resistance, you are correct in saying that we have never denied or changed our principles—and will not. Those principles, at the same time, we have never put forth as dogma. Nor do we demand that others deny or change their principles..."
